Call Intake | AI Dispatcher

Read the AI Dispatcher Call Intake feed — inbound call transcripts with the AI's category, severity, priority score and the job each call created or updated.

Call Intake is a live feed of the inbound calls the AI has read and prioritised. For each call you get the transcript, how the AI classified it, and the job it created or updated — so the office can see what the phone produced without listening to every recording.

Before you begin

  • Call Intake is a view over the Call Intake Prioritizer agent's run history. Until that agent exists and has run, the page tells you there is no Call Intake agent yet.
  • Set the agent up first from Agents. See Dispatch assistants (AI agents).

Open Call Intake

Select Call Intake in the left navigation.

Three counters sit at the top of the feed:

CounterWhat it counts
Calls processedCalls in the current feed
Jobs createdCalls that produced a new job
Jobs updated (FSM)Calls that changed an existing job in your field service system

Read a call

Each row carries the caller, how long ago the call arrived, and the transcript. Alongside it the AI records its reading of the call:

  • Category and problem location
  • Severity and call intent
  • PriorityURGENT, HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW — with a priority score out of 100
  • Estimated revenue and cost
  • The action taken, with a link to the job when one was created or updated

Scheduling flexibility

Every call is also tagged with how much the appointment can move:

TagMeaning
Do not rescheduleLocked — the AI must not move this appointment
Window onlyIt can move inside its agreed window
FlexibleIt can be moved freely

That tag is what stops the optimiser from dragging a promised slot across the day. Check it before overriding a suggestion by hand.
