Share Links and the driver manifest | AI Dispatcher

Share an AI Dispatcher schedule as a read-only manifest link, track views, print it for the crew, and revoke access when the job window has passed.

A share link publishes a dispatch schedule as a read-only page anyone can open — no login. It is how a driver gets the day's manifest on their phone, and how a customer or partner sees the plan for a date range without being given an account.

Before you begin

  • Share links are managed in workspace settings, so you need access to Settings.
  • Every link is public to whoever holds it. Treat the URL as the credential and revoke it when the window has passed.

Open Settings > Share Links. The table lists every link with:

ColumnWhat it shows
TypeWhat the link publishes
Date RangeThe days it covers
CreatedWhen it was issued
ViewsHow many times it has been opened
StatusActive, Expired or Revoked
ActionsCopy, open or revoke

Each link also records when it was last opened, so you can see whether the crew is actually using it.

Open the manifest

The link opens the manifest page: the technicians in scope and their scheduled work for the date range, grouped by technician.

Add ?print=true to the manifest URL to open it ready for printing — useful for a paper copy in the vehicle.

Expiry and revocation

Every link carries an expiry. Once it passes, the page stops serving the schedule and the row shows Expired.

Revoke a link at any time to kill it immediately. Revoking does not delete the row, so the view history is still there.

Anyone holding an active link can read the schedule it covers, including technician names and job locations. Revoke a link as soon as it is no longer needed, and issue a fresh one rather than extending an old one that has been forwarded around.
