Troubleshooting

Cannot log in on the web	Clear browser cache, try incognito mode, or reset your password
Mobile app not loading	Update to the latest version, check your internet connection, or reinstall the app
Data not syncing	Make sure you are connected to the internet on both devices — data syncs automatically
