Price Book & Bundles | FieldCamp
Build your FieldCamp price book and create bundles that package products and services together with flexible pricing for faster quoting and invoicing.
What Is the Price Book?
Your price book is your complete catalog of products and services with pricing already set. When your team creates a job, estimate, or invoice, they pull items from the price book instead of typing prices from memory. This keeps pricing consistent and quoting fast.
The price book includes individual products, individual services, and bundles — pre-configured packages that combine multiple items into one sellable unit.
What Are Bundles?
Bundles (also called packages) group multiple products and services into a single item with its own price. Instead of adding five line items to an estimate, your team adds one bundle.
Example: AC Tune-Up Bundle — $175
| Item | Individual price |
|---|---|
| AC Filter (16x25x1) | $25 |
| Refrigerant Check | $50 |
| Coil Cleaning | $40 |
| Labor — 1 hour | $100 |
| Individual total | $215 |
| Bundle price | $175 |
| Customer saves | $40 |
Bundles let you offer value to customers while simplifying your quoting process.

Bundle Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Package name | A clear, marketable title — "Spring AC Tune-Up Special" |
| Description | What the bundle includes and its value proposition |
| Package type | Fixed, Dynamic, or Tiered (see types below) |
| Category | Optional — organize bundles within your categories |
| Package items | The products and services included |
| Quantity | How many of each item |
| Package price | The total price customers pay |
Bundle Types
| Type | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed | Set items and quantities at a set price | Standard service packages like "AC Tune-Up" or "Complete Installation" |
| Dynamic | Customer selects from a list of options, price adjusts | "Choose Your Maintenance Plan" where customers pick services |
| Tiered | Multiple levels (Basic, Standard, Premium) with progressive features | Service agreements with upgrade paths |
Setting Bundle Pricing
When you add items to a bundle, FieldCamp shows the individual items total as a reference. You then set the bundle price using one of these strategies:
| Strategy | How it works | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed price | You set a specific price regardless of component costs | Bundle price: $175 (individual total: $215) |
| Percentage discount | Apply a percentage off the individual total | 20% off $215 = $172 |
| Dollar discount | Subtract a fixed dollar amount | $40 off $215 = $175 |
Bundles are great for increasing average job value. When customers see a package deal with clear savings, they are more likely to choose the bundle over individual services.
Using Bundles on Jobs and Estimates
When creating a job, estimate, or invoice:
- Click Price Book in the line items section.
- Navigate to the Packages section or search for the bundle name.
- Select the bundle.
- The bundle is added as a single line item with all components listed.
Your team does not need to remember which items go together — the bundle handles it.
Enabling Online Booking for Bundles
Bundles can be made available on your online booking page:
- Open the bundle.
- Check Enable Online Booking.
- Attach any intake forms customers should fill out.
- Save the bundle.
Customers can now select this bundle when booking from your website.
Managing Bundles
- Edit: Click a bundle name to modify components, pricing, or details. Changes apply to future jobs only — existing jobs are not affected.
- Duplicate: Copy a bundle to create a variation (for example, a seasonal version with different pricing).
- Delete: Remove bundles you no longer offer.
Bundle Examples by Industry
| Industry | Bundle name | Includes |

| Plumbing | Bathroom Remodel Package | Fixtures + installation labor + permit handling |
| Electrical | Panel Upgrade Bundle | 200-amp panel + breakers + labor + inspection |
| Landscaping | Spring Cleanup | Mowing + edging + mulching + debris removal |
Keep your bundle list manageable. Three to five well-designed bundles are easier for your team and customers to understand than twenty overlapping options.
