The Apps & Integrations page is your central hub for connecting external tools and enabling FieldCamp add-ons. You can find it at Settings → Apps & Integrations (under the Platform section in the settings sidebar).

Email Integrations

Keep all client communication in one place by connecting your email account to FieldCamp Inbox.

  • Gmail -- Send and receive emails from your Gmail account. Invoices, estimates, and appointment confirmations go out from your business address. Available on all plans.
  • Microsoft Outlook -- Same features as Gmail, for Outlook users. Available on all plans.

Calendar Integrations

See your FieldCamp jobs and personal events side-by-side with two-way sync. Scheduled visits automatically appear on your calendar, and changes sync back to FieldCamp within minutes.

  • Google Calendar -- Two-way sync between FieldCamp and Google Calendar. Available on all plans.
  • Outlook Calendar -- Two-way sync between FieldCamp and Outlook Calendar. Available on all plans.

Payment Integrations

Get paid faster by letting customers pay invoices and booking deposits online.

  • Stripe -- Accept credit card payments on invoices and online booking forms. Available on all plans.

Accounting Integrations

Sync your invoices and payments so your books are always up to date -- no manual data entry needed.

  • QuickBooks -- Sync invoices, payments, and tax rates with QuickBooks Online. Pro plan only.
  • Xero -- Sync invoices and payments with Xero. Pro plan only.
  • Wave -- Sync invoices and payments with Wave. Pro plan only.

Pro plan required. QuickBooks, Xero, and Wave integrations are only available on the Pro plan. Your 7-day free trial includes Pro features, so you can test accounting sync before committing.

Available Add-Ons

Add-ons are optional features you can enable to extend FieldCamp. They are included with your plan at no extra cost (some require the Pro plan). For a detailed description of each add-on, see the Add-ons Guide.

Connecting an App

  1. Find the app or integration you want.
  2. Click Connect (for integrations) or Enable (for add-ons).
  3. Follow the setup instructions -- usually a sign-in to authorize FieldCamp.

Managing Connected Apps

Connected apps show a green Connected badge. Click on any connected app to view connection details, disconnect, or reconnect if authorization has expired.

Admin access required. Only users with the Admin role or the Account Owner can manage integrations and add-ons. See Roles & Permissions for details.

FAQs

Can I connect multiple integrations at the same time?

Yes. You can connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Stripe, and an accounting tool (QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave) all at the same time. Each integration operates independently -- connecting Stripe does not affect your Gmail connection.

What happens if an integration stops working?

If authorization expires (for example, after a password change), the integration shows an error status instead of the green Connected badge. Click on the integration and select Reconnect to re-authorize it. Your existing synced data is preserved.

Do add-ons cost extra on top of my FieldCamp plan?

No. Add-ons are included with your plan at no extra charge. However, some add-ons (AI Dispatcher, AI Call, Job Forms, Job Cost Tracking) are only available on the Pro plan. If you are on the Core plan, you will be prompted to upgrade when you try to enable a Pro-only add-on.

Can I disable an add-on after enabling it?

Yes. Go to Settings → Apps & Integrations, find the add-on, and click Disable. Your existing data is preserved and will still be there if you re-enable it later.
