Understanding Live Team Tracking
FieldCamp's Live Team Tracking system provides real-time visibility of your entire field workforce on an interactive map, enabling dispatchers to monitor team movements, optimize routes on-the-fly, and respond instantly to customer inquiries about technician arrival times.
The system uses GPS technology from mobile devices to track locations with 30-second update intervals, showing current positions, movement history, speed, and status for each team member.
Beyond basic location tracking, the system provides comprehensive movement analytics including distance traveled, time spent at locations, route history, and productivity metrics, transforming raw location data into actionable operational insights.
