Instead of manually checking schedules and calculating travel times, the AI handles all optimization in seconds, suggesting the best possible scheduling option that works for your team and clients.
Where to Access AI Scheduling
During Job Creation
Navigate to Jobs → Create Job
Fill in client details and job information
In the scheduling section, check the "Let AI Find The best time" checkbox
The Smart Scheduling interface appears below
For Existing Unscheduled Jobs
Open any unscheduled job from your Jobs list
Click Edit Job
Enable "Let AI Find The best time" option
Configure AI parameters and apply
How to Use AI Scheduling
Step 1: Enable AI Scheduling
Check the "Let AI Find The best time" checkbox at the top of the scheduling section.
Step 2: Set Job Duration
"How long will this job take?"
Select from quick options: 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hours
Choose Custom to enter specific duration (e.g., 90 minutes, 6 hours)
This helps AI block the right amount of time
Step 3: Define Completion Timeline
"When do you need this done?"
Next 7 days - For urgent jobs needing immediate scheduling
Next 2 weeks - Standard scheduling window for regular work
Next month - Flexible timeline for non-urgent jobs
Custom - Set specific date range requirements
Step 4: Set Travel Parameters
"Maximum travel time from previous job"
15 min - Keep jobs in tight geographic clusters
30 min - Balance between efficiency and coverage
1 hour - Accept wider service area coverage
No limit - Distance not a factor in scheduling
Custom - Set specific travel time limit
Step 5: Review AI Suggestion
After setting parameters, the AI will:
Analyze all constraints and available options
Present the optimal time slot with reasoning
Show alternative options if available
Display impact on daily schedule
Step 6: Accept or Modify
Click Accept to use the AI-suggested time
Click Show Alternatives to see other options
Manually override if needed using standard scheduling
