Accessing Forms on Mobile

Step 1: Open Your Assigned Job

  1. Open FieldCamp on your phone

  2. Go to your assigned job visit

  3. Tap the "Job Form" tab

Step 2: Select and Complete Form

  1. Choose the form you need from the list

  2. Answer all questions by:

    • Typing in text fields

    • Selecting checkboxes

    • Choosing from dropdowns

    • Taking photos when required

  3. Complete all required fields (marked with *)

Collecting Customer Signatures

Automatic Signature Prompt

When you change the visit status to "Finish Work", FieldCamp will:

  1. Automatically prompt for customer signature

  2. Display a signature screen

  3. Allow you to hand the phone to the customer

  4. Customer signs with their finger

  5. Tap "Accept" to save the signature

You can also collect signature at job level through Job actions button

Submitting Forms

  1. Complete all required fields

  2. Form saves automatically with the job

  3. Data syncs in real-time to the office

  4. Submitted forms cannot be edited

Quick Tips

  • Take photos as you work, not all at the end

  • Keep screen clean for signatures

  • Complete forms during the job, not after

Troubleshooting

Form won't load?

  • Check internet connection

  • Close and reopen the app

Can't submit?

  • Ensure all required fields are filled

  • Verify internet connection

Signature issues?

  • Clean the screen

  • Try landscape mode for more space
