FieldCamp's Boards feature lets you build custom dashboards tailored to specific needs. Instead of a one-size-fits-all view, create focused dashboards for owners tracking revenue, dispatchers monitoring daily operations, or managers analyzing team performance.

Creating Your First Board

Step 1: Access the Boards Section

  1. Navigate to Analytics from the main menu

  2. Click the Boards tab

  3. Click "+ Create New Board"

Step 2: Name and Configure Your Board

  1. Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Morning Dispatch View" or "Weekly Revenue Tracker")

  2. Add an optional description to clarify the board's purpose

Adding Charts from Playground

Direct Save from Playground

  1. Create a chart in the Playground tab

  2. Click "Save to Board" button

  3. Select existing board or create new one

  4. Choose chart position on the board

  1. Today's Job Status (pie chart)

  2. Unassigned Jobs Queue

  4. Jobs by Time Slot (heat map)

  5. Emergency Call Monitor

  6. Route Completion Status

Service Manager's Performance Board

Purpose: Team efficiency and quality Charts:

  1. Tech Performance Scorecard

  2. First-Time Fix Rate by Tech

  3. Average Job Duration by Type

  4. Customer Rating Distribution

  5. Skills Gap Analysis

  6. Training Completion Tracker
