FieldCamp offers three paid plans: Core, Pro, and Enterprise. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan, giving you access to all features while you evaluate the platform.

Annual Billing — Save 20%

Both Core and Pro plans offer annual billing at a 20% discount. With annual billing, the Core plan is $31.99/month (billed as $383.90/year) and the Pro plan is $55.20/month (billed as $662.40/year).

Tip: You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing. The annual discount saves you the equivalent of over 2 months per year.

Features That Require the Pro Plan

Certain add-ons and integrations are only available on the Pro plan or higher. If you are on the Core plan and try to enable one of these features, you will be prompted to upgrade.

How to View Your Current Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing.

  2. Your current plan name and billing interval (monthly or annual) are displayed at the top.

Important: Only the account owner can see the Plan & Billing page. Team members — even those with the Admin role — do not have access to billing information.

How to Upgrade or Change Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing.

  2. Click Change Plan (or Choose a Plan if you are on a trial).

  3. A modal opens showing all plans with their features and pricing.

  4. Toggle between Monthly and Annual billing at the top.

  5. Click Select on the plan you want (Core or Pro).

  6. If this is your first paid subscription, you will be redirected to a Stripe checkout page to enter payment details.

  7. If you already have an active subscription, the plan change processes immediately.

Note: The Enterprise plan cannot be selected through self-service checkout. Click Contact Sales on the Enterprise card to reach our sales team at [email protected], who will set up your custom plan.

The Free Trial

Every new FieldCamp account starts with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. During the trial, you have access to all features including AI Dispatcher, Job Forms, QuickBooks integration, and custom roles.

A banner at the top of the screen shows how many trial days remain. When the trial ends, you will need to select a paid plan to continue using FieldCamp. Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted when the trial expires.

What Happens When You Downgrade

If you switch from Pro to Core, features that are exclusive to the Pro plan will become unavailable. Specifically:

If you are on an Enterprise plan and need to make changes, contact [email protected] — Enterprise plan modifications are handled by our sales team.

Your data is never deleted when downgrading. If you upgrade back to a higher plan later, your previous configurations will be restored.

Payment and Billing

FieldCamp uses Stripe for payment processing. You can pay with any major credit or debit card. Your payment information is stored securely by Stripe — FieldCamp does not store your card details.

Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can view past invoices in Settings → Plan & Billing.

Team Member Pricing

Plan pricing is per workspace. You can add team members to your workspace. Each additional team member may add to your subscription cost depending on your plan. Check the Plan & Billing page for current per-seat pricing details.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Plan & Billing and look for the cancellation option. When you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your workspace enters a read-only state where you can view but not edit your data.

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by returning to Plan & Billing and selecting a plan.

FAQ's

Will I lose my data if I downgrade from Pro to Core?

No. Downgrading never deletes data. Your Job Forms entries, cost tracking records, and accounting sync history are all preserved — they just become read-only or unavailable until you upgrade again. Custom roles revert to the four built-in roles, but team members keep their closest equivalent role. If you upgrade back to Pro later, your previous configurations are restored.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing mid-cycle?

Yes. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing and change your billing interval. If you switch from monthly to annual, the annual rate takes effect at your next billing date and you receive the 20% discount going forward. If you switch from annual to monthly, the change applies after your current annual term ends — you won't lose the remaining time you've already paid for.

What happens to my account when the free trial ends?

Your data stays intact — nothing is deleted. You'll be prompted to select a paid plan (Core or Pro) to continue using FieldCamp. Until you choose a plan, your workspace enters a read-only state where you can view your data but not create or edit records. You can pick a plan at any time to restore full access.

Does FieldCamp charge per team member?

Plan pricing is per workspace, but each additional team member may add to your subscription cost depending on your plan. The exact per-seat pricing is displayed on the Plan & Billing page in Settings. Check there for the most current rates, or contact [email protected] if you need a quote for a larger team.
