How to sign up for FieldCamp, choose between exploring with sample data or setting up your real business, and land in the Command Centre for the first time.

How to Create Your FieldCamp Account

Getting started with FieldCamp takes less than two minutes. You will need an email address and a password — that's it.

  1. Enter your name, email address, and choose a password.

  2. Click Create Account.

  3. Check your email for a verification link and click it to confirm your account.

  4. You will be taken to the onboarding flow inside FieldCamp.

Tip: You can also sign up using your Google account for one-click registration. Click Sign up with Google on the signup page.

Choosing Your Setup Path

After creating your account, FieldCamp asks how you want to get started. You have two options:

Option 1: Business Setup (Recommended)

A guided 4-step wizard that walks you through configuring your company. You will enter your company name, business type, address, and working hours. This is the recommended path for new users who want a clean, personalized workspace. See Quick Start — Setting Up Your Business for a detailed walkthrough.

Option 2: Explore with Sample Data

FieldCamp pre-fills your workspace with example clients, jobs, and invoices so you can explore the platform immediately. This is a good option if you want to click around and understand the interface before entering your own data.

What Happens Next

Regardless of which path you choose, your account starts with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. This gives you access to every feature in FieldCamp, including AI Dispatcher, Job Forms, and QuickBooks integration. No credit card is required during the trial. After onboarding, you land on the Home screen — FieldCamp's AI chat assistant. From here, you can navigate to any module using the sidebar.
