Using Table and Kanban Views in the Sales Pipeline

FieldCamp’s Sales Pipeline offers two powerful views — Table View and Kanban View — to help you manage leads, and track deals.

Updated over a month ago

Whether you prefer a structured spreadsheet-style layout or a visual, drag-and-drop workflow, this guide will walk you through how to use both views and switch between them easily.

Table View: Structured and Searchable

The Table View displays all your clients or leads in a clean, spreadsheet-like format. It’s perfect for:

  • Quickly scanning through large volumes of data

  • Sorting and filtering by columns (e.g. client name, stage, status, source)

  • Making bulk updates or reviewing client records at a glance

Use Case: Best for operations managers, admin staff, or sales teams who need data precision and filtering power.

Kanban View: Visual Pipeline Tracking

The Kanban View shows your clients in draggable cards under three categories:

  1. Leads

  2. Pipeline

  3. Clients

Each card includes key details like client name, contact info, and current stage. You can move clients between Active and Inactive by dragging and dropping cards — ideal for visually managing your sales stages.

Use Case: Best for sales reps or team leads who prefer a more visual way to track progress and keep the pipeline moving.

Switching Between Views

To Create a New View:
